Job Description:

Job Summary:

The UPS Store (TUPSS) is seeking a highly capable Project Coordinator who is ready to spearhead operational guidance and support within our franchise network related to event and construction projects. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the seamless execution of center events, including franchise renewals, ownership transfers, remodels, relocations, and new center build-outs. Acting as the primary liaison between franchisees, vendors, and UPS, you will oversee administrative, technical, and construction workflows to uphold the highest standards of professionalism and service excellence.

Roles & Responsibilities:

·Take ownership of end-to-end responsibilities for new store buildouts, including strategic participation in key meetings, meticulous coordination of design processes, comprehensive management of trackers/spreadsheets/paperwork, oversight of construction activities, and timely project completion.

·Provide comprehensive support for relocations, remodel extensions, and voluntary remodels, demonstrating proficiency from design initiation to compliance packet submission.

·Execute smooth ownership transfers, managing all requisite paperwork, coordinating intricate design processes, engaging in rigorous construction coordination, and ensuring unwavering compliance.

·Facilitate franchise contract renewals with precision and dedication, carefully managing paperwork, orchestrating seamless design processes, closely monitoring construction activities, and ensuring commitment to timeline compliance throughout.

·Serve as the primary point of contact between The UPS Store, Inc., UPS, vendors, and franchisees, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring seamless communication channels at all times.

·Conduct regular touchpoint calls with franchisees to provide comprehensive project updates, facilitate efficient paperwork completion, and communicate clear next steps with precision and professionalism.

·Proficiently manage project schedules for franchisee training, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and responsibilities.

·Collaborate cross-functionally with operational franchise consultants, actively participating in networking meetings and activities aimed at enhancing store performance and fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.

·Sound understanding of franchise organizational structures and dynamics, coupled with a keen awareness of franchise products, services, and profitability metrics.

Minimum Qualifications:

·Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook, coupled with demonstrated experience in effectively leveraging collaboration tools such as Zoom/Teams for seamless project management.

·Prior experience in franchising or business consulting is highly preferred, along with a proven track record of success in project management roles.

·Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience required; UPS employees with a minimum of three years of UPS experience are also eligible to apply.

·Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself.

·Must be a U.S. Citizen or National of the U.S., an alien lawfully admitted for permanent residence, or an alien authorized to work in the U.S. for this employer.

Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $70,680.00/year to $114,840.00/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
