Job Summary

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven talent to drive growth in our department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building strong customer relationships, and executing strategic sales initiatives to maximize revenue and market share.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales Growth
Identify and pursue sales opportunities for express parcel delivery services by analyzing market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes.
Develop and execute a structured sales strategy to drive business acquisition and revenue expansion.

2. Client Engagement & Relationship Management
Conduct proactive sales calls, client visits, and virtual meetings to acquire new customers and foster long-term business relationships.
Maintain strong rapport with key stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

3. Territory & Account Management
Strategically manage and develop the assigned geographic area or customer segment to achieve individual and team sales targets.
Continuously analyze sales performance and market dynamics to refine business strategies.

4. Sales Presentations & Negotiations
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations tailored to client needs, demonstrating the value of our express logistics solutions.
Lead contract negotiations, ensuring mutually beneficial agreements that align with company objectives.

5. Data Management & Market Intelligence
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market insights in internal systems.
Monitor industry trends, competitor movements, and customer feedback to identify areas for service enhancement and business growth.

6. Cross-functional Collaboration
Partner with internal departments, including marketing, operations, and customer service teams, to facilitate seamless onboarding and service execution for new clients.
Ensure a smooth transition from sales to account management by providing comprehensive handover documentation and support.


Qualifications:
1. Proven experience in B2B sales, logistics, or express parcel delivery services.
2. Strong negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
3. Ability to build and maintain strong business relationships.
4. Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset and a passion for sales.
5. Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a fast-paced environment.
