What you’ll do

As an IT Customer Engagement Manager you’ll play an important role in all the existing and new revenue opportunities in Italy, working closely together with the country managers.

In Italy, we operate several Healthcare facilities, with the main hub located in Spino D’Adda (CR).

Joining our team means being part of a cohesive group of Customer Engagement Managers across various countries, such as Spain, Eastern Europe, the Netherlands and Germany who you can work with, learn from and share experiences with.

One of your main roles involves working closely with business stakeholders to understand short, mid and long-term projects and initiatives. You are the one to help drive our IT strategy, because you understand what our local country requirements are from a business perspective. A solid background in logistics and distribution is crucial for successful client implementations, ensuring operational efficiency.

Budget management is also a key aspect of the role. You’ll be responsible developing business plans, working closely with our finance teams to make sure that there’s no overspend within any area, and managing vendor relationships. This includes overseeing vendor performance to ensure that the objectives and goals are being delivered timely and on budget.

What you’ll need

  • A bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science and technology, computer engineering or something similar.
  • At least 5 years’ experience in (healthcare) supply chain management and experience working in an IT environment.
  • Project/program management experience. You’re able to drive a process, coordinate resources and deliver promised outcome on time and in budget.
  • The ability to provide input to IT strategy/future business plans based upon local country initiatives defined by business stakeholders.
  • Experience in client-facing interactions, vendor management, and budget management.
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal) in English and in Italian.
  • Willingness to travel.
  • Strong relationship building skills (internal and external).
  • Problem solving skills and an analytical mindset.
  • The ability to work under pressure and manage multiple clients/projects.
