Job Description:

This position is responsible for providing executive support and generating reports as requested by Global Revenue Operations. He/She ensures report data is accurate and increases the awareness of strategic account performance to stakeholders. This position documents and trains others on production of standard routine reports, solves business problems related to decision tools and reports, and actively develops and maintains a network of UPS contacts who can help solve problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts complex or atypical analysis as requested to support evaluation and planning.

  • Works closely with APAC Sales for Export Freight Collect Revenue Growth opportunities.

  • Identifies emerging trends in analysis for work methods, processes or flows.

  • Keeps abreast of technologies that will improve internal and external processes to improve productivity.

  • Assists with adoption of existing and new tools, utilizing intake request process.

  • Optimizes existing report formats for best results.

  • Updates weekly activity reports to ensure accurate documentation of account volume and revenue.

  • Attends department meetings to support internal communication and provide updates on projects.

  • Prepares written information to Sales staff to inform them of regional, and corporate initiatives.


Requirements:

  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Information Management, Computer Science, or Information Technology or related fields.

  • Prior experience in Sales Operations roles or Logistics/Supply Chain industry will be advantageous.

  • Display detail orientation in his/her work - Able to distinguish between “big picture” concepts/comments versus specialized, smaller specific facts associated with work and how it impacts end goals or outcomes.

  • Demonstrates a basic understanding of supply chain concepts; identifies issues within a supply chain.

  • Possess appropriate breadth and depth of technological knowledge to learn new applications quickly.

  • Demonstrate working proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and SharePoint). Experience with VBA, Power BI is preferred.

  • Must be fluent in English (oral and written) and preferably in another Asian language to interact with other team members based within APAC.
