Job Description:

Position Overview:
This role focuses on developing and expanding UPS’s presence in the K-Culture markets, aligning with the dynamic and fast-growing global demand for Korean culture-related products. The Account Executive will engage with businesses specializing in cosmetics, skincare, entertainment goods, and merchandise to build strong, lasting partnerships and create tailored supply chain solutions.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Achieve sales goals by identifying and developing new business opportunities within the K-Beauty and K-Pop export industries.
  • Analyze customer supply chain needs to create customized logistics solutions, including freight forwarding, customs clearance, and e-commerce fulfillment.
  • Build strategic partnerships with Korean brands, entertainment agencies, and manufacturers to expand their international presence.
  • Stay informed on K-Culture trends, export regulations, and global market demands to offer proactive solutions.
  • Ensure smooth implementation of UPS services, including technology solutions, and provide training for client teams.
  • Represent UPS at trade shows and networking events related to K-Culture industries.

Responsibilities:

  • Conducts regular sales calls and visits to businesses in the K-Beauty, K-Pop & K-Fashion sectors.
  • Identifies sales opportunities, qualifies leads, and executes sales strategies to win new accounts.
  • Prepares detailed action plans and customized presentations to meet specific client needs.
  • Manages account setups, ensuring seamless onboarding and satisfaction with UPS Small Package services.
  • Proactively follows up with internal and external stakeholders to resolve concerns and maintain strong relationships.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Welcome who has experienced these industry experience and knowledge
  • Deep knowledge of the K-Culture export markets, including key players and trends.
  • Experience in B2B/B2C sales or account management, preferably in logistics or international trade.
  • Strong communication skills in English and Korean to effectively engage with local and global stakeholders.
  • Familiarity with international shipping regulations and e-commerce fulfillment processes.
