Job Description:

Job Summary:

Customer Service Representative is responsible to handle customer pick up calls, Tracking, Tracing inquiries, Import and Export inquiries, with objective to provide quality telephone customer service.

Customer Service Representative is also responsible to follow up customer's inquires for offering quick and accurate resolution

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer pick up calls, tracking, tracing inquiries, Import and Export inquiries, with objective to provide quality telephone customer service.
  • Provide support on service guarantees, price quotation, service/product information , export shipments exception
  • Follow up customer's inquires for offering quick and accurate resolution.
  • Handling customer complaints in professional manner
  • Responds to customer queries to ensure timely manner to support customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum college or University Diploma/Degree or related discipline
  • Good command of English
  • Customer Focus
  • Computer Literate 
  • Excellent communication skills 
  • Positive and able to work well in a team with excellent interpersonal skill 
  • Ability to demonstrate initiative and determination in a professional manner
  • Confident, trustworthy, customer-oriented and able to work in a fast paced environment

Working Hours:

  • 40 hours a week (Mon to Fri 09:00-18:00 / Break 12:00-13:00)

Location: 94-3, Mullae-Ro, Youngdeungpo-Gu, Seoul

자격요건

  • 최소 대학졸업장/학위 소지자
  • 영어가능자
  • 적극적 긍정적 마인드의 소유자
  • 고객중심의 문제 해결 능력의 소유자
  • 뛰어난 의사소통능력
  • 관련 업무경력 우대

근무조건

  • 근무지: 서울 영등포구 문래로 94-3
  • 근무시간: 월-금 0900-1800
