Job Description:

Job Summary
This position performs general administrative responsibilities including preparation of reports using various software packages, compilation of information from various sources, and handling small scale projects. He/She performs general office duties that may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned. This position may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.

• Payroll

   : 4 social insurances, Monthly Payroll Process, Employee In/Out control

  • 월별 급여업무, 4대보험, 입퇴사 관리)

   : Legal mandatory leave administration (Childcare Leave, Compensation Leave, etc)

  • 휴가(직) 처리업무 및 관리 (육아휴직, 가족돌봄휴가, 보상휴가 등)

• Compensation administration

   : Retirement Pension Administration

  • DC형 퇴직연금 관리 (신규가입처리, 퇴직시 정산절차 등)

• Benefit administration

   : Leave Administration, Group term life & insurance and other insurance, celebration/condolence, employee welfare mall

  • 연차관리, 단체상해보험, 경조사 , 임직원 복지몰 관리

• HR administration: Employee services (Certificate of employment, etc)

  • 임직원 서비스 (재직증명서 발급, HR관련 문의 응대)

• Other Ad-hoc HR admin Tasks support

  • 기타 HR부서내 발생하는 이벤트 및 행정업무  

• Card & Headquarter Access Control

  • 사원증 및 출입권한 관리

QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline – Preferred

  • 학사 이상 학력 (경제, 경영, 기타 유관 학과) – 우대

• At least 1+ years’ experience as an HR admin assistant or a relevant HR role (Inhouse Payroll) – Required

  • 1이상의 HR Admin 혹은 Payroll 업무 수행 – 필수

• Workday system experience – Preferred

  • 워크데이 시스템 활용능력 (경험) 우대

• Good(Fair) knowledge of local labor laws – Preferred

  • 제반규정에 대한 지식 (근로기준법 등) – 우대

• Proficiency in MS Office applications – Required

  • MS Office 활용능력 – 필수

• Written English proficiency – Preferred

  • 영어 구사능력 (이메일, 문서작성 등) – 우대

• Strong commitment and compliance on company regulations and guidelines – Required

  • 사내 규정 국내 근거법에 대한 준법정신 – 필수

Working Hour

- Mon to Fri (09:00 ~ 18:00, exclude 1 hour lunch break)
