Job Description:

We are looking for a person who can help us improve our services and the satisfaction of our clients. You can be part of the team. ​​What would your day to day be like?

  •     Prepare customs clearance in TARIC (import, export and transit).
  •     Request and review the necessary documentation (customs and for customs officers).
  •     Prepare, coordinate and attend inspections (customs and for customs officers).
  •     Attend and manage incidents related to customs, in collaboration with other departments of the company (air and maritime).
  •     Manage and control the billing of customs concepts and services.
  •     Advise clients (importers and exporters) on Customs matters.

What do we expect from you?

  •     Essential Qualification: Baccalaureate, Intermediate/Higher Level Training Cycle. (Valuable training in Foreign Trade).
  •     Previous experience in dpt will be valued. customs,
  •     Experience with Taric TDua and Cargowise CW1 will be an advantage.
  •     Medium level of English.
  •     Good communication skills.
  •     Knowledge of office automation.
  •     Teamwork ability.
  •     Attention to detail, proactivity and autonomy.
  •     Ability to work under pressure by establishing priorities.
  •     Problem solving and ability to work autonomously.
  •     Sense of responsibility and integrity.
  •     Title of Customs Representative will be valued.
  •     Availability to work from 09:00 – 17:30.
