Salary Range: $69,180 - $128,220

This is a fully remote position.

The Web Supervisor (Extranet) is responsible for managing the development and ongoing improvement of our franchise communications platform—specifically, the franchisee-facing extranet. The ideal candidate is passionate about organizing large volumes of information and delivering it in an intuitive and visually appealing way. A strong understanding of user needs and behavior is essential, with a focus on delivering a world-class user experience supported by analytics and data-driven insights.

The Web Supervisor will oversee one direct report: the Web Specialist.

Responsibilities and Duties

  • Assess the current franchisee-facing extranet experience to identify immediate and long-term needs.
  • Develop a roadmap that includes both quick, impactful improvements and a long-term strategy for transforming content organization and delivery for franchisees.
  • Research and integrate industry best practices and innovations into the platform's information infrastructure.
  • Manage the full project lifecycle, including project scope, resource allocation, timelines, and deployment, to ensure seamless execution from start to finish.
  • Design and implement solutions to streamline content updates for subject matter experts.
  • Collaborate with vendor resources to develop HTML and Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) in alignment with web design and brand guidelines, ensuring compliance with The UPS Store brand standards (e.g., font size, color palette, spacing).
  • Assist in preparing statements of work for vendors to obtain accurate project quotes.
  • Oversee vendor project plans to maintain on-schedule deliverables and keep management informed of progress.

Knowledge and Skills

  • Bachelor's Degree - Required
  • Proficiency in web content management systems.
  • Strong understanding of information architecture and user experience design principles.
  • Experience with HTML and CSS.
  • Exceptional project management skills, with the ability to balance multiple projects and meet deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with subject matter experts to create engaging, impactful content that supports company initiatives.
