We are seeking a highly skilled Lead IntelligenceAnalyst to oversee and integrate physical and digital intelligence operations. This role requires a proactive leader with expertise in both domains to identify threats, mitigate risks, and protect organizational and customer interests.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaboration: Foster relationships with external partners, including government agencies and law enforcement, to enhance threat intelligence efforts.
  • Threat Monitoring: Oversee the identification and analysis of physical threats (e.g., terrorism, trafficking, organized crime) and cyber threats (e.g., system vulnerabilities, data breaches, and dark web activities).
  • Product Development: Provide full spectrum intelligence support to UPS Security and Counter-Fraud efforts. Identify and define current and emerging bad actor tactics which pose a risk to UPS.
  • Proactive Vulnerability Identification: Develop processes to identify and assess vulnerabilities within customer systems, delivering actionable recommendations to mitigate risks.
  • Threat Integration: Ensure a cohesive approach to analyzing physical and cyber threats, leveraging insights to inform comprehensive risk strategies.
  • Stakeholder Support: Provide concise intelligence briefings to leadership, highlighting key risks and actionable solutions.
  • Operational Excellence: Implement and manage advanced tools for intelligence collection and analysis to enhance team capabilities.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Currently holds a US Government Security Clearance.
  • 4 Year Degree in intelligence/ qualitative analysis relevant filed; or 10 years experience in Intelligence Community; or 10 years experience in UPS Security
  • Proven expertise in physical or cyber intelligence, with experience identifying system vulnerabilities and monitoring dark web activities.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a focus on integrating multidisciplinary efforts.
  • Strategic thinker capable of developing proactive solutions to evolving threats.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex intelligence findings to diverse audiences.
  • High ethical standards and discretion in handling sensitive information.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Russian, Chinese, French, or Spanish languages is a plus.
  • Advanced degree or certifications in intelligence, cybersecurity, or a related field (e.g., CPP, GCTI).
  • Experience with threat intelligence tools and frameworks.
