Job Description:

We are looking for someone who can help us improve our services and customer satisfaction by performing administrative tasks in the Brokerage department. You are part of this team!

What do you do in a day?

  • This position performs general brokerage tasks for exporting international packages.
  • Ensures that exports comply with local customs regulations.
  • Other technical and administrative tasks inherent to the role

What do we expect from you?

  • Brokerage Certification - preferred
  • Previous experience in a call center environment - preferred
  • 12th grade course - preferred
  • Intermediate level (B1) of English (written and spoken) – preferred 
  • Fluent in Portuguese
  • Knowledge of Spanish language
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Results orientation
  • Troubleshooting
  • Team spirit
  • Working hours: 15:00 - 23:00, Monday to Friday
