Job Description:

Post Sales Logistics Customer Service Representative - Clark, Papampanga

Your role is to handle urgent transportation needs for strategic level customers.

What You’ll Do

  • Takes incoming calls, emails, and instant messages from warehouse customers to deliver goods with customized solutions.
  • Order Placement & Tracking
    • Make sure all orders are processed within SLA.
    • Prioritize Specialty Accounts. Monitor the parts from pickup to delivery
    • Proactively monitors orders to avoid delays
    • Fix delayed orders to avoid further issues
    • Ensure all orders are delivered on time

Your Skills

  • Customer focused, service/detail oriented, able to multi-task and make decisions that help serve our customer’s goals.
  • Should be problem solvers, able to troubleshoot urgent situations and provide custom transportation solutions.
  • Representative can be called on to identify problems with existing transportation orders and get the shipment moving to the correct destination quickly.

  • With flexibility in schedule and work set up (24/7)
