Job Description:

Providing recommendation and action to clear the items in ISMT/SAT based on the audit findings

Job Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Billing Staff to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing, processing, and resolving accurate and timely shipment audit in ISMT/SAT for 2 countries, Romania & Slovakia. This role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication skills.


What You’ll Do

  • Timely, complete and accurate processing of ISMT/SAT shipment audit for 2 countries RO & SK.

  • Providing recommendation and action to clear the items in ISMT/SAT based on the audit findings

  • Timely completion of the necessary reports

  • Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

  • Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce errors.

  • Meet productivity and quality standards, including timely and accurate processing of shipment in ISMT/SAT

  • Resolving Issues or concerns of countries

  • Back up for other staff in case on leave

  • Perform other duties as assigned by management.

Your Skills & Requirements

  • Business Administration preferably Accounting Graduate

  • With at least 3 years working experience in Accounting preferably in Billing or Reconciliation or other related field - Preferred

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Good communication and written skills in English

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and accounting software.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.

  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail and can work with minimum supervision

  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
