Job Description:

We are seeking a Healthcare Vice President (VP) of Sales to support the United States and LATAM.

As a VP of Sales - Healthcare, you are responsible for the direction and management of all sales and business development operations (i.e., small package, freight, Supply Chain Solutions), including negotiation and pricing for US Healthcare customers.

The VP of Sales is responsible for establishing sales strategy, ensuring compliance with business plan requirements, assisting with internal cross-functional support, and providing senior executive sales leadership. You will maintain a demonstrable track record of agility managing and leading in a demanding and pressure-filled fast-paced environment. Your strong leadership and accountability practices, help achieve business plan via strong governance and balanced sales. You are expected to know market and industry trends and customer strategies. You supervise Directors of Accounts, Account Managers, and administrative employees.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5+ years’ experience in sales.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Managing Director managing territory owners in any segment.
  • Prior logistics healthcare sales experience strongly preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficient in DRIVE or other applicable CRM platforms
  • Experienced in managing a sales team: mastery level of negotiation and strong comprehension of operating margin analytics
  • Experience in creating strategies that support profitable growth and executing the corporate sales strategy
  • Must have a broad set of leadership competencies including strong communication and change management skills, the ability to drive business insights, collaborating cross-functionally, and effective planning and execution skills.
  • Communicate effectively with all internal/external stakeholders and collaborate and work effectively across all areas of the business including BD, MKT, IE, OPS, FIN etc. to achieve common goals in a constructive and positive manner
  • Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred
  • Full English language proficiency is required, Spanish language proficiency a plus
  • Greatest preference is for candidates to live within the region aligned for the position #USA #Remote
