Customer Service Representative focused on the requests of our clients regarding: Collections, quotes, shipments, deliveries, export and import processes, billing clarifications, loss or damage investigations, and general information.

You must have availability to work from Tuesday to Saturday in rotating shifts from 1:00am and 01:00pm or 2:00am and 2:00pm (TELEWORK 100%)

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service areas

Work Hours: Tuesday to Saturday between 1:00am and 01:00pm or 2:00am and 2:00pm (Rotating shifts)

45 weekly hours

Teleworking 100%

Grade 6
