Job Description:

Job Title: Sales Support Specialist

Job Summary:

The Sales Support Specialist plays a key role in driving sales effectiveness by supporting sales operations, enhancing client engagement, and ensuring accurate and timely execution of sales processes. This role works closely with the Sales Manager and cross-functional teams to manage customer communications, coordinate sales initiatives, and maintain sales tools and reporting. A strong understanding of, client service, and process improvement is essential.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Operations & Support

  • Assist the Sales Manager with implementation of sales strategies, campaigns, and operational procedures across regions and sectors.
  • Coordinate and support sales initiatives, including, business plans, and sales presentations.
  • Maintain and prepare internal sales reports, dashboards, and recognition programs.
  • Monitor proposal status and follow up with internal stakeholders to ensure timelines are met.

Process & Systems Support

  • Help manage and maintain sales-related tools and platforms; assist team members with system usage and troubleshooting.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline workflows and improve internal processes related to client service and sales support.
  • Participate in rollout and user testing of tools and systems that enhance sales productivity and customer experience.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (required).
  • 2–3 years of experience logistics industry (required).
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (especially Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Familiarity with CRM or sales platforms (e.g., Salesforce) is a plus.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Strong attention to detail, organization, and time management.
  • Customer-focused mindset with ability to collaborate across teams.
