Job Description:

Summary

  • This position performs general administrative responsibilities including preparation of reports using various software packages, compilation of information from various sources, and handling small scale projects. He/She performs general office duties that may include word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, distributing mail, reserving conference rooms, coordinating meetings and other duties as assigned. This position may deal with confidential material on a regular basis.
  • Support Center Supervisor in terms of performance and management of employees, operational performance, health and safety compliance, creating collaborative work environment and identifying customer needs.

  • 직원의 성과 및 관리, 운영 성과, 건강 및 안전 준수, 협업적인 작업 환경 조성 및 고객 요구 사항 파악 측면에서 Center Supervisor 지원

Responsibilities

  • Works with staffs to maximize day to day proficiency and ensure packages are delivered, exported in a safe, timely, and professional manner.
  • Completes administrative tasks (i.e., performance reviews, accident reports, service failures, training) in a timely, accurate manner to facilitate the execution with Staffs.
  • Completes required audits during on-job supervision to ensure adherence to UPS policies and procedures.
  • Utilizes technology to identify opportunities for performance improvement and risk mitigation.
  • Resolves individual and group performance issues in accordance with UPS’s policies and procedures in a timely manner to motivate and foster teamwork.
  • Works with Health & Safety team to ensure the implementation and maintenance of a Comprehensive Health and Safety Plan.
  • Creates a customer focused work environment to emphasize service and focus on building the business.
  • Staffs와 협력하여 일상적인 능률을 극대화하고 패키지가 안전하고 시기적절하며 전문적인 방식으로 배송,수출되도록 합니다.
  • 발송 계획을 실행하기 위해 시기적절하고 정확한 방식으로 관리 업무(예: 성과 검토, 사고 보고서, 서비스 실패, 교육등)를 완료합니다.
  • UPS 정책 및 절차를 준수하도록 하기 위해 직무 감독 중에 필요한 감사를 완료합니다.
  • 기술을 활용하여 성과 개선 및 위험 완화 기회를 파악합니다.
  • UPS 정책 및 절차에 따라 개인 및 그룹 성과 문제를 시기적절하게 해결하여 팀워크를 동기 부여하고 촉진합니다.
  • 건강 및 안전 계획의 구현 및 유지 관리를 보장하기 위해 Health & Safety 팀과 협력합니다.
  • 서비스를 강조하고 사업 구축에 집중하기 위해 고객 중심의 업무 환경을 조성합니다.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in similar capacity
  • Minimum 2 years of people managing experience
  • Hands-on knowledge in MS Excel, Word and Power point
  • Good ability to read & write in English (verbal English skill preferred)
  • Positive and good people skill
  • Able to work on weekend and holidays

Working Hour

  • Tue ~ Sat (09:00 – 18:00)
