Job Description:

We are looking for an Operational Technology (OT) Security Analyst to join our team and help us protect our critical infrastructure from cyber threats. As an OT Security Analyst, you will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing, and responding to security incidents affecting our industrial control systems (ICS). You will also assist in implementing security policies, standards, and best practices for our OT environment.

Job Level: 77 - FT Supervisor / Internal salary grade: 20E

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8AM-5PM

 Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze security incidents affecting our industrial control systems (ICS) and report them to senior staff, including the root cause, impact and mitigation actions

  • Respond to security incidents according to established procedures and guidelines, such as isolating affected systems, restoring normal operations and preserving evidence

  • Assist in implementing security policies, standards and best practices for our OT environment, such as applying patches, configuring OT systems, and encrypting data

  • Conduct security assessments and audits of our OT systems and networks, using tools and techniques such as vulnerability scanning, penetration testing and risk analysis

  • Provide security awareness and training to OT staff and stakeholders, such as explaining security threats, risks and countermeasures, and promoting a culture of security awareness

Preferences:

  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent

  • Bachelor's degree or international equivalent in computer science, engineering, or a related field, or equivalent cybersecurity training and/or certifications - Preferred

  • At least one year of demonstrable experience in OT / ICS security

  • Exposure to industrial control systems (PLC, HMI, VFD, etc.) and programming (computer or device)

  • Exposure to OT security frameworks such as NIST CSF, ISA/IEC 62443, NERC CIP, etc.

  • Familiarity with common OT protocols such as Ethernet/IP, Modbus, PROFINET, PROFIBUS, DNP3, OPC, IEC 61850, etc.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Intermediate proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel

  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • A passion for learning new skills and technologies

Other Criteria:

Job Grade: 20E

Must be currently located in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself - Required

Shift: Monday - Friday 8AM-5PM
