Job Description:

Job Summary
As a Customer Experience Specialist, you will be an integral part of the EMEAI Region Marketing team. In this role, you will take ownership of listening to customer feedback, analyzing behavior and turning them into actions to retain customers and improve their experience. By driving customer experience (CX) activities at the regional level, you will help the company meet its objectives by delivering measurable improvements for UPS’s shippers and recipients.
Your work will directly contribute to implementing and maintaining initiatives that build brand loyalty, retain customers and improve satisfaction. 


Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer feedback, behavior and trends to identify customer pain points, prevent churn and foster long-term relationship.
  • Develop and maintain customer loyalty initiatives to improve customer retention and reduce potential churn.
  • Strong cross functional collaboration with global, regional and country partners from various functions.
  • Monitor and measure key performance indicators (KPIs) related to CX and customer loyalty and providing regular reports to senior management and stakeholders.
  • Facilitate knowledge sharing and best practices among teams to embed a strong customer-first culture across the organization.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing, customer experience, or a similar role within a customer-focused environment.
  • Energetic, collaborative problem solver.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Analytical skills with the ability to prepare reports and turn data into actionable insights.
  • Solid technical skills in MS Excel are a great plus.
  • Fluent in English
