Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and innovative Communications Manager to join our team in Brussels. The Communications Manager will be responsible for developing and executing effective, innovative, and measurable communications strategies across media relations, employee communications, and social media for the Europe, Middle East, Africa and India Region. This role involves managing the creative development and implementation of projects and strategies, ensuring alignment with Region business plans and overall company objectives. This role also includes coordinating initiatives at the Cluster, Region and Corporate level, and overseeing the development of effective messaging for internal and external audiences. Additionally, the role includes collaborating with customer-facing stakeholders to enhance and/or protect UPS's public image as part of the global communications team. Where applicable, this position will manage Communications Supervisors and/or Communications Specialists and is responsible for their training, development, and effectiveness, as well as managing the team budget.
