Job Description:

Job Summary

The Shared Services Finance Manager leads reporting, business planning, financial analysis, and general F&A support for Global Shared Services. He/She controls and monitors monthly closing activities, mainly the Shared Services intercompany charge-back. He/She establishes controls and documentation to support and define internal processes. This position manages internationally located direct reports. The ideal candidate demonstrates broad accounting knowledge and experience, possesses strong technical and analytical skills, and develops team members.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain financial model to support reporting, business planning, and financial analysis.
• Model, oversee, and provide guidance for the global intercompany charge back for Shared Services.
• Prepare and present monthly financial results to Shared Services leadership.
• Implement controls and works to ensure compliance with US GAAP and local statutory requirements.
• Synthesize complex information, develop solutions, and coordinate teams toward objectives.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance reporting accuracy.
• Manage direct reports.

Qualifications:

• 2-3 years of Finance and Accounting Experience
• Demonstrates a broad business and accounting knowledge; describes methods in compliance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP)
• Possesses technical skills in data analysis and relational modeling using PowerBI, PowerQuery, Microsoft Excel, Structured Query Language (SQL), or Access.
• Experience using OneStream, Oracle GL, Oracle P440, Longview, and related data systems.
• Excellent Written and Oral Communication skills.
• Bachelor's Degree (or internationally comparable degree) in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
