Job Description:

We are seeking a highly experienced and highly motivated Pricing Strategy Sr. Manager to lead our annual forecasting, budgeting, and financial analysis pricing processes to provide strategic insights that will support the organization's growth and profitability. The ideal candidate will have Pricing experience as well as a strong FP&A/Finance background, a proven track record of creating and managing highly complex financial models, experience driving process improvement across Enterprise and SMB pricing and sales teams, experience mentoring junior resources, and experience presenting to senior executives.

Job Description:

The Pricing Strategy Sr. Manager will be responsible for creating, maintaining, improving and reporting out on pricing activity. Responsibilities will include developing forward looking pricing trends to feed into annual planning processes, developing forward looking budgets by category aligned with Finance and company financial plans, creating tools/processes to monitor and measure pricing activities throughout the year, developing pricing activity reports for Senior Management, Sales VPs, and Pricing Directors to enable management of the business. The Pricing Sr. Manager will proactively identify areas of opportunity/risk to improve pricing activity performance and work with sales leaders and pricing teams to ensure pricing activity is optimized.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, Economics, Finance, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • 2+ years of experience in Pricing and 1+ years in FP&A.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills

The position is based in Atlanta, Georgia and will require commuting to office.  Employer will not sponsor a visa for this position.  Must be currently in the same geographic location as the job or willing to relocate yourself.
