Job Description:

The lead Healthcare Sales Support Supervisor will be responsible for transforming complex data into actionable insights and delivering them in a clear, concise, and visually compelling format suitable for senior leadership. In addition to supporting senior leadership, the candidate works closely with front-line sellers, providing them with timely, data-driven insights and hands-on support. Your ability to help sales teams be more effective by delivering relevant information, identifying trends, and offering recommendations will be key to improving overall sales performance. This role is ideal for someone who is not only data-driven but also passionate about enabling others to succeed through insights and strategic support. The candidate must be advanced in utilizing Microsoft Suite of applications, Excel, PowerPoint, and UPS Sales Technology.

This position implements and provides support to initiatives. He/She runs and administers day to day activities of the office and ensures sales support employees receive training and technical support. This position supervises the Sales Support Specialist and other administrative personnel.

Responsibilities:

  • Provides sales performance for analysis.
  • Conducts in-depth analyses to understand performance gaps and supports strategy development to make informed decisions.
  • Provides ideas and solutions to overcome balanced scorecard gaps.
  • Evaluates adoption of sales tools at the field level for consistency and optimal performance.
  • Monitors compliance and execution of Corporate endorsed sales processes and procedures.
  • Tracks and reports goals for initiatives to ensure compliance with reporting structure, measurement frequency, and communication flow to sales resources.
  • Determines employees training needs to produce development plans.
  • Provides on-going feedback and support to improve performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent in Business or similar discipline – Preferred
  • Advanced in utilizing Microsoft Suite of applications, Excel, PowerPoint, and UPS Sales Technology.

Compensation & Benefits:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $77,000/year to $125,000/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.

Note: This position is eligible for a bonus based on company performance.
