Job Description:

This position plans the weight and balance of outbound aircraft to ensure flights are safely loaded and legal to fly. They are also responsible for performing general office duties including word processing, data entry, auditing documents, answering phones, and other duties as assigned. Additionally, the candidate will have the ability to communicate effectively, solve intermediate level problems, assist with basic research, and time management skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Positions containers on outbound flights after they are weighed.
  • Documents and communicates with other operations to ensure safety of flight.
  • Prepares reports and presentations using Microsoft Word or Excel.
  • Prepares and/or coordinates information for internal use and distribution.


Qualifications:

  • HS Diploma, GED, or International equivalent
  • Effective oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, Access, and Outlook
  • Accurate and rapid data entry skills
