Job Description:

The Delivery Experience Sr. Analyst develops, authors, builds, and executes notification and digital workflows to enhance the customer journey.  He/She will lead the production execution of digital journeys for defined channels using internal and commercial digital deployment systems.  Key responsibilities include strategic planning, workflow execution and implementation, campaign operations management, data/performance analysis, testing, roadmap development, and reporting. 

Job Description:

  • Executing notification and online content publishingworkflows, including management of acceptance testing processes
  • Experience with the use of data personalization, dynamic content, and segmentation rulesets using data from multiple internal and commercial systems
  • Utilize standards, systems, processes, policies, and best practices for content creation, distribution, and management.
  • Participates in customer research,conducts digitalperformance analysis, and supports system troubleshooting/root cause analysis
  • Supports the development and design of digital customer journeys working cross-functionally, as needed.
  • Deploying comprehensive digital customer journeys by identifying primary actors, defining their goals, outlining preconditions, documenting steps, and specifying post-conditions

Required Skills:

  • Strong technical skills and digital fluency in commercial journey management, email, mobile PUSH, social and/or SMS deployment tools such as Salesforce/Data Cloud, Braze, Marketo, Camunda, Adobe, Messenger, What’s App, etc.
  • Highly detailed and process-oriented with demonstrated organization skills, particularly in the areas of asset and workflow management and experience with mass technical deployments
  • Proficient in technical documentation, process management, data visualization, and use of supporting tools such as Figma, Microsoft Visio, or equivalent
  • Adept at building project plans and managing projects cross-functionally
  • Strong communication, interpersonal, critical thinking, and problem-solving

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent
    • Master’s Degree or international equivalent in Marketing - Preferred
    • Experience Digital Commercial Platforms
    • Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

    Candidates based in Atlanta are preferred and expected to commute to the office. Candidates outside of the Atlanta area will be considered.

    Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $6,935 monthly in our lowest geographic market up to $12,850 monthly in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants may be eligible for annual short term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs depending on the level of the position. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
