Job Description:

This is not a remote position; employee is required to come into the facility for their regular schedule

Job Level: 84 - Mid Manager

Internal Grade Salary: 30F

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 40+ hours a week

This position oversees the improvement of efficiency for the Hub, Feeder, Air, and Package operations. He/She ensures the development of cost plans, work measurement programs, people development programs, and process improvements in order to develop standards, achieve business plan goals, and continuously improve service to the internal and external customer. He/She manages Operational Excellence Managers, Package, Hub, Feeder, and Air Section Leaders and reports to the IE Section Leader Coordinator.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversees the development of operating plans.
    Coordinates work measurement and audits.
    Coordinates package planning.
    Oversees asset management.
    Coordinates projects and new service rollouts.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent
  • Bachelor’s Degree or International equivalent in Industrial Engineering or related field -Preferred
  • Willing to travel
  • Asset management experience

Pay Range:

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $109,680.00/year to $178,260.00/year. Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to, market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and education/training and a candidate’s work experience. Hired applicants are offered annual short-term and/or long-term incentive compensation programs, subject to applicable eligibility requirements. Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and/or the company’s performance.
