Job Description:

Job Summary

This position coordinates import and export air and ocean shipments, and provides accurate information to our external customers thru daily communications with our worldwide offices, and our internal and external providers as well, issues reports to specific customers as per their requirements, keeps our systems duly upated,  controls the documentation to avoid any mistakes, sends prealerts and arrival notices, supports advanced administrative tasks like payments control and weekly payments information, and many others. Incumbent possesses advanced office support knowledge, strong analytical, oral/written communication, problem solving, basic research, and time management skills. English oral and written communication capability is a must. Previous experience in freight forwarding business (customer service or operational taks) is required.

This position will work on site at UPS offices in Buenos Aires City
