Ready to take the next step toward professional success? Find freedom and support to grow at UPS. There are endless opportunities to gain experience and take your skills to the next level. We offer part-time and full-time opportunities, including paid Internships and Co-Ops in a variety of career areas, plus special programs like our Flightpath Internship for aspiring pilots.

Summer Internships are 10- to12-week programs from June to August working 40 hours per week. Co-Ops are offered year-round and operate on a contractual agreement. To join, you should be a current student, or have graduated within the past two years.

Information Technology

UPS Information Technology (I.T.) Interns work on specialized teams in our Solution Delivery Groups. Based on career interest and area of study, you'll work on internal and customer-facing tech projects, airline and hub operations, and more. You'll also participate in our Hackathon event for real-world problem solving.

Dreaming of a career in the sky? A UPS FlightPath Internship is a great place to start. FlightPath offers interns a hands-on experience filled with collaboration, community engagement, and growth. You’ll have the opportunity to train with various fleets, aircraft systems, cockpit flows, SIM training sessions, and more.
