School to Work

UPS School to Work (STW) provides high school seniors the opportunity to gain valuable work experience and earn college credit. Every year, approximately 400 students work at UPS during school hours and receive high school elective credit for their participation. Our STW Department and management teams are committed to ensuring the success of students.

Program Overview

Students can enroll in a Jefferson Community and Technical College (JCTC) course paid for by UPS or an extended academic course during senior year. Taking general education college courses may transfer to post-secondary institutions. In addition to STW, UPS also offers Metropolitan College and Earn & Learn opportunities.
