Job Description: Korea Country Finance and Accounting Supervisor
Country finance and accounting supervisor supervises all finance and accounting tasks in Korea, monitors team staffs’ work and provide them an adequate guidance and/or support when necessary. His or her main charters are described, but not limited to the description below.
In-Country Cost Management
- Country Business Plan
- Annual target setting
- Monitor and provide analysis on In-Country cost and managerial P&L
- Forecast In-country cost and contribution.
- Cross function CSI initiative
- In-Country cost project
- REFCO on Cluster
- Fixed Asset – managing WIP / capitalization
- Approval of payment, purchase order, goodwill
- Monitor and support of Monthly financial Closing
In-Country Statutory & Support
- Local statutory book
- Country contact point
- Join BRCC as country lead in risk management
- Payroll
- Self-Assessment (Ops expense related)
- SOD Audit
- Working Fund
- Vendor maintenance
- Record Retention
- Manage and approve corporate seals
- Financial Statutory Audit support
- Corporate Income Tax filing support
- VAT filing support
- Company License management
- Cash flow fcst
- Supporting cross functions (AR/AP/Billing/Collection/GAC/Treasury/ Tax team and etc)
Revenue Recovery
- Work with country Hub/Center on Revenue Recovery key measurement
- Site Audit
- Revenue Recovery opportunity
- Local point to DWS vendor for maintenance and machine replacement
This position will be engaged in any ad hoc project as F&A or country representative when necessary.
Project: Boss & HMS / Billing system enhancement / COUPA / Fixed Asset Management System / Corporate card conversion / ICN HUB expansion
