Job Description:

This position supports and coordinates airfreight trade services. He/she builds relationships with customers by utilizing communication skills. This position provides internal and external customer support regarding issues affecting shipping. He/she scans and moves cargo and performs other various tasks.

  • An intermediate working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word, Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally.
  • The desire to provide excellent customer service
  • Possess general administrative skills such as in-bound support, distributing mail, preparing reports, processing forms, tracking shipments and orders and data input
  • Problem solving skills to resolve intermediate concerns by conducting research with minimal supervision.
  • High attention to detail
  • The ability to lift at least 10 lbs.
