Job Description:

  • AR Accounting Reconciliation Analyst

    Job Summary

  • Reconcile local and corporate accounting accounts, ensuring the correct closure of the items and applying the corresponding accounting adjustments on the accounting platforms used for the different business units.
  • Responsibilities:
  • Maintain direct communication with the external and internal accounting area, providing timely support to their requests and assertively communicating all the corresponding accounting deployment.
  • Establish a correct accounting reconciliation process between local and corporate procedures.
  • Process frequent reports seeking to optimize the reporting process, using tools such as Excel, Power BI, Power Automate, etc.
  • Transversally support AR processes such as payment application and refunds processing.
  • Perform written or telephone research on open items such as Unapplied deposits or Credit Notes.
  • Perform audits of the payment application process so that the reconciliation process is correctly impacted.
  • Handle Intercompany procedures (requests, reports, notifications).
  • Perform accounting and financial analysis of the process in charge.
  • Education and Work Experience:

  • Technical/ Vocational/ Bachelor’s degree on Finance and Accounting or related.
  • 6 months minimum in accounting experience.
  • Middle – Advanced Knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel (Pivot table and Data analysis)
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking to propose accounting solutions/alternatives.
  • Languages:

  • English – Advanced (80%).
  • Note:

  • Grade 008.
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday 6:30 to 16:00 // Monday to Friday 7:30 to 17:00.
  • Hybrid model.
