How it Works
Union Positions
Local processes vary, so be sure to start by telling your supervisor you’d like to be considered for new opportunities. Expressing interest can include putting your name on a bid list or submitting an opportunity request form or letter of intent.
Non-Union Positions
Visit UPSers.com to see new job opportunities. Search MCO on the myHR tab. Apply when you find a position you're interested in.
Union Positions
UPS will review your seniority and qualifications (i.e., driver qualifications) for the position.
Non-Union Positions
UPS will review your education, skills, length of service, and certifications (if relevant) to verify your qualifications match the job you applied for.
All Jobs
If you're selected for an opportunity, your supervisor will discuss the next steps with you.

It will depend on your role. Some positions don’t require an interview while others do—just like when people apply for their first role at UPS.
Successfully securing a new role will depend on the position you apply for.
